 Mead Panthers
Mead High School is committed to the complete education of each student, stressing academic excellence, individual achievement, and social growth. The academic program at MHS offers something for everyone. Beyond required classes in the core academic areas (math, science, social studies, and English), MHS offers a wide variety of elective courses including an honors and advanced-placement program, three world languages (French, German, and Spanish), physical education, professional / technical education, music, art, and theatre. A strong program in special education is available for qualifying students. Our outstanding counseling staff guides students through the many decisions they will make during their high-school years. Most importantly, MHS offers a student-centered and student-friendly atmosphere where success is encouraged, expected, and attained.
